Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which also serves as a receipt for your purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information, such as name, address, email, and phone number, is entered correctly when placing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been shipped. This is because DHL charges a high fee for changes, and as a small business with limited staff and resources, we are unable to handle this.
We partner with DHL for all deliveries within Sweden and the EU. Once you place your order, we begin processing and packing it carefully, preparing it for courier pickup. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection.
Within Sweden, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3–7 business days. For international orders, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country. Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, holidays, and weather conditions.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders may take several weeks to arrive. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and do our best to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
If you have any questions regarding your pre-order, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Delivery
If a delivery is not collected within the specified timeframe, the package will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, a return fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from your refund once we receive the package. Note: If the order total is less than 69 SEK, no refund will be issued, as the full amount goes toward covering the return fee.
If a significant delivery delay occurs that is important to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel your order at no extra cost. However, if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or compensation claims unless explicitly agreed upon or required by law.
We are responsible for your order until it is physically delivered to you. If you notice visible damage to the package or product upon delivery, or if the delivery does not match your order confirmation, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter and, if the delivery is incorrect, either send the correct product or issue a refund, depending on what is agreed upon and feasible.
